Drawing on our expertise in areas of orthopedic manual therapy, shiatsu, massage, craniosacral therapy, integrative manual therapy, Rubenfeld Synergy Method®, medical qigong and acupuncture, we work with our clients on a one-to-one basis. You are not handed over to an assistant but rather receive undivided attention to your therapeutic needs. Our approach includes exercise therapy designed to help you move normally again without pain. Deep tissue work, shiatsu, joint mobilization and massage all contribute to meet your goals. We use a ‘low-tech’ approach that doesn’t require expensive gym memberships or equipment.

Through continuing education, experience and mentorship we bring a variety of skills and tools together to meet your needs. We find the root cause and treat it. Whether it is casting for orthotics, manual techniques such as craniosacral therapy to relieve migraines and headaches, manual orthopedic therapy to relieve joint pain, osteopathic techniques such as strain/counterstrain to increase pain free mobility; we work to help you recover and move on with your life.
